Квартира хорошая. Тот редкий случай, когда в жизни лучше, чем на фото. Очень чисто, свежий хороший ремонт, много спальных мест, есть все необходимое, очень по - домашнему. Тихий двор, с парковкой проблем не было, место находили всегда. Близко к выезду из города по направлению к Волгограду. Твердая пятерка.
