Advantages:

Близко к торговому центру, на 1 этаже. Заселение было вечером (при бронировании день в день), за что отдельное спасибо. Близко кафе Бубульон, очень советую.

Disadvantages:

Квартира старая, линолеум дешевый какой-то, посуды почти совсем нет, даже с чашками беда. Ремонта как такового нет, немного подновили только интерьер. Для переночевать одну ночь подходит, но не более. В высокий сезон не стоит своих денег, в другое время вероятно по-другому.
