Advantages:

Очень удобное расположение - прямо рядом с волгамоллом. Квартира чистая, угловая, но достаточно теплая, есть все необходимое внутри. Хозяйка приветливая, пунктуальная, никаких проблем.

Disadvantages:

Диван не самый удобный для сна как по мне, плюс постельное бельё - синтетика, на нем спать жарко и неудобно было.
